Welcome to Riwayat Store. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.riwayatstore.com (“Service”).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy (collectively referred to as “Agreements”).

We sell 100% brand-new, unused, and original products sourced from trusted suppliers.

❌ We do NOT sell:

Used or worn items
Refurbished products
Counterfeit or fake products
Replica or unauthorized branded products

3. Purchases & Payments

When making a purchase on our website, you agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and payment details.

We accept the following payment methods:

Online Payments – Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking (via Razorpay or supported gateways)
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD with advance)

All online transactions are securely processed through trusted PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways.

4. Partial Cash on Delivery (Advance Payment)

To confirm COD orders, Riwayat Store may require a small advance partial payment.
This helps verify genuine orders and cover packing/processing costs.

The advance amount will be shown during checkout.
The remaining amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
If Riwayat Store cancels an order before dispatch, the advance will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
Once the order is dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable.
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from future COD service.

This policy ensures fairness and avoids misuse of COD services.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer replacement or refund strictly as per our Refund & Return Policy.

A refund or replacement will be considered only if:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival
The wrong product is delivered
The order is cancelled by Riwayat Store before dispatch

Conditions:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
Used, washed, altered, or customer-damaged items are NOT eligible
Size-related returns are subject to product-specific return eligibility
Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
We deliver PAN India using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

Riwayat Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product Quality & Authenticity

All products sold by Riwayat Store are brand-new and quality-checked.

Slight color or design variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Clothing or lifestyle items generally do not carry warranty, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within the return window mentioned in the policy.

Riwayat Store shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Strikes
Courier disruptions
Government restrictions
