1. Returns & Replacements
We offer replacement or return only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Clear photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
Photos of original packaging and labels
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup, subject to location and courier availability.
⛔ Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
The product is damaged on arrival and replacement is not possible
The order is cancelled by Riwayat Store before dispatch
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
Change of mind after delivery
Size or fit issues (unless explicitly mentioned on the product page)
Used, washed, altered, or worn items
Products without original tags and packaging
Orders where a partial COD advance was paid
Orders refused, returned, or unclaimed after dispatch
3. Advance COD Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Riwayat Store may collect a small advance payment to confirm the order.
The advance is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch by Riwayat Store
Once the order is dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases
This policy helps prevent misuse of COD services and covers packaging and initial logistics costs.

4. Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
