1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sale periods or high-volume days, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery, including:

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Remote or interior locations may take 1–2 additional working days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
Free Shipping offers, if running, will be applied automatically based on order value or promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A tracking ID
A courier tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / Email

If you have an account on our website, you can also track your order from the “My Orders” section.

6. Delivery Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected timeframe:

7. Undelivered / Refused Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If a COD order is refused at delivery, future COD orders may be restricted or disabled for the customer.

Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to:

Incorrect address
Incomplete address
Unreachable phone number

and is returned to us, shipping charges will not be refunded.

8. Service Coverage

We currently deliver PAN India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

9. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control such as:

Natural disasters
Lockdowns
Courier strikes
Government restrictions

Shipping timelines may be extended. Customers will be notified via SMS / Email / WhatsApp wherever possible.
